We have a Full Moon in the Rat on June 17th at 1:31AM PDT and the Sun is in the Horse, sign.

There are many significant factors to this event. One prime factor is its relationship to the up coming cosmic tides: it’s a 30-day-point (prequel) to a Partial, Lunar eclipse on July 16th. Look for this moon to expose the elements and themes surrounding that event. And we are just 2 weeks away from a Summer, Total, Solar Eclipse, New Moon on July 2nd. Like a spoon, Mercury spins retrograde on July 7th happens to stir the plot.

Full Goat Moon

Our 1st day of the New Year (in the western world) is a Full Moon. This is a Super Moon that sets up a Blue Moon, at the end of the month. It’s also an auspicious start to a brand new year in the cosmic realm. Planets will change signs and patterns will be reformed. If you are looking for a complete make-over or a radical rebirth, this is your year!

Highlights of Major Planetary Influences:

2 Blue Moons

2018 will have (2) sets of Blue Moon: one set in January and another in March. The first full moon is a Super Moon to kick off a brand new year with peak energy! There are (2) sets of eclipses in 2018. The 1st comes on the January 31st Blue Moon and the other set of Lunar and Solar eclipse, pairs, happens in July. These eclipses add extra energy to the standard mix of moon cycles. Expect things in life to arrive or depart suddenly; materialize or disappear. Eclipses seep up time. Monkey, Tiger and the Goat host the eclipse events. That puts talent, vision and peace in the spotlight for cultural adaptations and alterations that reverse fortunes or catapult them forward in a gigantic, way.

Love Year

The entire year features unique couplings and synchronicity between multiple cosmic bodies. More unique pairs than any other given year. In ancient Astro systems, planet Jupiter is known as Tai Sui or the Grand Duke, a jovial giant. This year the Duke will spend 2018 mostly in the Pig sign. It’s an outer rim planet that produces huge, generational shifts when it changes station. The millennial’s era will be over. While Uranus skirts the edge of the Dragon sign there will be skirmishes and complicity along the borderlines and in the margins. In May when this planet moves to the Serpent sign it ushers in a smoother, gentler period. Less destruction and more production. Mystical snake medicine will cool the fire and brimstone left in Dragon’s wake. The Serpent is wise, yin energy and it’s passive restraints will be more common than harsh, whips and chains. This brings a a world of difference for ancestral origins and their mythic stories.

Lucky Stars 2018

The “Flying Stars” formally change on February 4th, 2018. The cosmic swirl has already cleared the gateway and the old stars are weak; so knowing what lies ahead can help prepare for the annual pattern change. Flying Stars are fields of motion based on the compass.

The Ming Tang has all the southern exposures for a grand entrance. The annual stars set a tone for how the elements combine in the “chemistry” of harmony and conflict for life’s fortunes.
